Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Reporting To: Domestic Sales-Head
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieves targets that have been set in the Annual Business Plan for Heating SBU for the region.
- Attending sales meetings & negotiations with customers..
- Understanding client requirement and sharing information with Proposal/back end team to device best and customized solution, tender/ inquiry evaluation.
- Track & report sales and marketing activities on a decided periodic basis.
- Analysis of Orders won and lost and implement learning and follow best practices.
- Engage in techno – commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development in respective regions.
- Actively work on building the brand and image of Thermax
- Build and maintain a detailed, active customer database.
- Build and manage relationships with large corporate and business houses.
- Coordination with Peers from other divisions/regions and maximize cross sale opportunities.
- Business development through new applications/FOAK products.
