Please find below the JD for Regional Sales Head (west) located at Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of ZMs and TMs and take them along to achieve the end result for the region
  • Responsible for sales of  Spares, Revamp & Retrofit and Digital initiatives.
  • Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target
  • Dealer management. Ensure standard and non-standard spares booking through dealer network.
  • Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements.
  • Concept selling & drive new product /application sales.
  • Coordinate and support regional sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Support in ABP/SBP preparation.
  • Conduct enquiry appraisal, discuss with proposal Engineering to evolve right first time proposals.
  • Analysis of proposal/costing  and ensuring it is line with customer requirement.
  • Attending techno-commercial meetings with clients for order closure.
  • Trouble shooting
