Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ZMs and TMs and take them along to achieve the end result for the region
- Responsible for sales of Spares, Revamp & Retrofit and Digital initiatives.
- Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target
- Dealer management. Ensure standard and non-standard spares booking through dealer network.
- Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements.
- Concept selling & drive new product /application sales.
- Coordinate and support regional sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Support in ABP/SBP preparation.
- Conduct enquiry appraisal, discuss with proposal Engineering to evolve right first time proposals.
- Analysis of proposal/costing and ensuring it is line with customer requirement.
- Attending techno-commercial meetings with clients for order closure.
